The SIRUI PL-RF cine lens-mount adapter allows a compatible ARRI PL-mount lens to be fitted to a Canon RF camera body. It is intended for productions that want to retain existing cinema optics while working with a different mirrorless camera system.
Using existing lenses
Using a dedicated adapter can make a lens collection more flexible when moving between camera bodies or renting additional equipment. The mount connection is designed around the mechanical interface of the specified lens and camera standards.
Mount compatibility and function
This adapter does not change the lens focal length or image-circle coverage. Users must verify sensor coverage, lens clearance and support for any desired electronic functions; adapting a lens does not automatically add autofocus, aperture control or electronic communication.
